“More than one blog is connected” and other CMS refusals

Two or more blogs are connected and none is chosen, so Munshi stops rather than publish to the wrong site. Open Integrations and choose the blog under Publish your blog. Then publish the article again.
Why Munshi asks
A workspace publishes its articles to one blog. With one blog connected, articles go there. With two or more, you choose. Until you do, publishing stops. The message starts “More than one blog is connected” and lists the connected blogs in brackets. It ends: “Choose which one Munshi should publish to on the Integrations page.”
The message shows in the article's panel on Blog, under Published. It appears when you click Publish now or schedule the article. Integrations says the same above your blogs: More than one is connected. Pick where articles land. The message comes back if the chosen blog is disconnected while two others stay connected.
How to choose the destination
- Open Integrations and find Publish your blog.
- Under Choose where articles publish, click the blog articles should go to. Each connected blog says Publish here.
- Munshi confirms with Blog posts now publish to and the blog's name. The other connected blogs stay under Or publish to, one click away.
- Go back to the article and publish it again.
Other refusals when an article publishes
- When no blog is connected, Connect a website first sits beside the greyed-out publish buttons. The top of the page says No website connected. Connect one in Integrations to publish. Connect WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Framer or Sanity.
- A scheduled article shows “No blog is connected yet. Connect WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Framer or Sanity on the Integrations page, then publish.” if no blog is connected when its slot comes. Connect one, then publish the article again.
- Finish writing first means the article is not finished. SEO score must reach 60 means its SEO fields need more work.
- Sometimes the blog itself refuses a publish. The cause can be its credentials, a missing setting, or a site or collection that is gone. Integrations then marks it Reconnect needed and says the last publish was refused, with the blog's reason. Open Manage, check the details and run the test. A passing test clears the mark.
If something goes wrong
The top of the Published tab says Website connected, not the blog's name
Choose the blog in Integrations, and its name shows there instead. No destination is chosen yet, so Munshi does not name one.
