A network signed you out
The network's access has expired, so nothing publishes to that account. Reconnect it in Integrations. It takes a few seconds and keeps your history.
The access the network gave Munshi has expired, so nothing publishes to that account. Reconnect it from Settings, Integrations. Its numbers stop updating until you do. Your posts and past numbers stay.
Where Munshi tells you
- Integrations: the network shows Reconnect needed. Its card says the account signed you out, with a Reconnect button carrying the network's name.
- Home: an item such as Reconnect Instagram says the connection expired. It says publishing and stats are paused until you reconnect.
- Results: on the Social tab, the network's card shows Reconnect to read when it has no number to show.
What stops until you reconnect
Nothing publishes to that account. A post that reaches its time while the access is expired fails. It waits on Social, in Drafts, with the reason on its row. Munshi cannot read new numbers for the account either. Importing its past posts asks you to reconnect first.
Reconnecting
Open Settings, Integrations, choose the network and press its Reconnect button. The network's sign-in opens in a window. Sign in with the same account and approve the access. Reconnect needed clears as soon as the account is back, and Munshi reads its numbers again.
Reconnecting keeps your history. Posts and the numbers already read stay where they are. Posts that failed while the access was expired do not go out on their own. Send or schedule them again from Social.
If something goes wrong
A post failed while the account was signed out
Reconnect, then find the post on Social, in Drafts, with the reason. Retry now sends it at once, and Schedule gives it a new time.

Reconnect the account, then run the import again. Importing past posts needs working access to the account.
