Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Munshi (the "Service"), a marketing‑automation product operated by Dojo Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St STE 52615, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Munshi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Munshi plans, generates, schedules, and publishes marketing content (such as articles and social posts) on your behalf. Content is prepared for your review and is published to the channels you connect on the cadence you choose. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. A workspace may include a limited number of seats; you are responsible for the people you invite and for their use of the Service.
3. Your content and ownership
You own the inputs you provide (your prompts, brand information, and settings) and, as between you and Munshi, you own the content the Service generates for you. We claim no ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your inputs and generated content solely to operate and provide the Service to you: for example, to generate drafts, store your content board, and publish approved items to the channels you connect. We do not use your content or inputs to train AI models, and we do not sell your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you approve and publish, including ensuring you have the rights to any material you supply and that published content complies with applicable law and the terms of the platforms you publish to.
4. AI‑generated content
The Service uses third‑party AI models to generate content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or resemble other content, and it may not be unique to you. Munshi does not warrant the accuracy, originality, or fitness of generated content. Because of this, the Service is built around your review: you should read and approve content before it is published. You assume responsibility for content you choose to publish.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- generate or publish content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates others;
- produce spam, malware, or content that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
6. Connected third‑party services
The Service can connect to third‑party platforms you choose (for example Buffer, Sanity, WordPress, or Medium) to publish on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for maintaining your accounts and permissions with them. We are not responsible for third‑party services or for content once it has been published to them at your direction.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor. Plans include fixed monthly allowances; there is no usage‑based overage billing: when an allowance is reached, generation pauses until the next cycle or you upgrade. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
We refund your first payment in full if you ask within 7 days of that charge. After that, renewal fees are non‑refundable and we do not provide partial‑period refunds, except for billing errors, extended outages caused by us, or where the law requires otherwise. Any free trial is provided as described at sign‑up. Our Refund Policy sets out the full terms and how to request a refund; it forms part of these Terms and governs in the event of any conflict.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that content will achieve any particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munshi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Munshi harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of content you publish through the Service or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before deleting your workspace (see our Privacy Policy).
12. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Munshi is operated, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer‑protection law provides otherwise.
