Found a bug? Report it in the app

Press Ctrl+Shift+B on any screen, or click the round bug button at the bottom right. The report takes a screenshot of the page, and Pick the section lets you point at the part that is wrong. The page, your workspace and the app build travel with the report, so there is no setup to describe. You get a reference such as MS-A7K3, and any reply comes to the address you sign in with. The guide shows each step.

Already using Munshi

For a question rather than a bug, ask in the Munshi Discord, where other members and the team answer in the open. The same link is at the bottom of Settings, Overview in the app. If you would rather not ask in public, email info@munshi.social instead.

Billing and refunds

Cancelling, changing your card and downloading invoices all happen in Plan and billing, which opens the Paddle portal. A first payment carries a seven day money back guarantee. The details are on the refunds page.

Deleting your data

Settings, Account holds Export and Delete. Export downloads everything the workspace holds as one file. The owner confirms Delete by typing the workspace name. The data deletion page says what each one removes and how to remove your data from each connected network.
