Delete your data
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This page explains how to remove your data from Munshi. There are two separate things you may want to delete: the connection to a single social account, or your whole workspace. You can also revoke Munshi's access from the platform's own settings, which we describe at the bottom.
Munshi is operated by Dojo Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St STE 52615, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Our full Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how long we keep it.
1. Disconnect one social account
This is the fastest option and you can do it yourself at any time. It removes Munshi's access to that one account and leaves the rest of your workspace intact.
- Sign in to Munshi and open Settings, then Integrations.
- Find the connected account and choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that account and purges the platform data we had cached for it, including the account's identity and the performance figures we retrieved for its posts. Munshi can no longer read from or publish to that account.
Posts that were already published to the platform stay on the platform. Munshi cannot remove them once they are live, so delete those from the platform itself if you want them gone.
2. Delete your whole workspace
Deleting a workspace permanently removes everything in it: the company profile and strategy, every draft and published record, notes, calendar entries, performance history, and the credentials for every connected account. It cannot be undone, and it affects every member of that workspace, not just you.
Because it is permanent and affects other people, we confirm the request before we run it. Email info@munshi.social from the email address of the workspace owner, and include the name of the workspace you want deleted.
We will confirm your identity as the owner, delete the workspace and all of its data, and write back when it is done. We action requests within 30 days, and in practice within a few business days. If you would rather stop using Munshi without deleting your history, disconnect your accounts instead using the steps above.
3. Revoke access from the platform
You can also cut Munshi off from the platform's own settings, which works even if you cannot sign in to Munshi. Revoking there stops all further access right away. Data we had already retrieved is removed on the schedule in our retention policy, or immediately if you also ask us to delete the workspace.
- Facebook and Instagram: open Facebook Settings, then Business integrations, find Munshi Social, and choose Remove. For an Instagram account connected on its own, the same control is under Instagram Settings, then Website permissions.
- Threads: open Threads Settings, then Account, then Website permissions, and remove Munshi Social.
- Google and YouTube: use the Google account permissions page.
- LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest and Bluesky: each has a connected apps or permissions screen in its own account settings. Removing Munshi there revokes our access.
Revoking from the platform does not delete your Munshi workspace. If you want both, do the workspace request in section 2 as well.
