1 · Set up your workspace
Sign up, create a workspace for your brand, and describe your business: what you sell, who buys it, and how you talk. Be specific: this profile is what every strategy, keyword, and draft builds from. You can refine it any time, and the engine follows.
2 · Connect your channels
Connect the social accounts you want Munshi to publish to (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube) and, if you run a blog, your site via WordPress, Webflow, or Framer. Channels can be added or removed later; Munshi only ever publishes to what you have connected.
3 · The weekly cycle
Munshi proposes a weekly plan: articles against your keywords, posts per network, and timing. Review the batch in one sitting: approve, edit inline, regenerate, or reject each item. Only approved items publish, on the schedule shown. The cadence is weekly on purpose: one sitting is a habit you will actually keep.
4 · Publishing
Approved articles publish to your connected blog platform; approved posts go out to each network at their scheduled time, automatically. If a channel fails to publish, the item is flagged with the error. Nothing fails silently. Blog posts sent to WordPress arrive as drafts for a final look in your own dashboard.
5 · Reading your analytics
The dashboard shows every connected channel in one view, captured daily. Each network carries a health flag, so a disconnected account or an underperforming format is an explicit notice rather than a quiet gap in a chart.
6 · Trial, billing, and cancelling
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Founding-era subscribers keep their joining price for life. Cancelling is one click in settings: no emails, no retention calls. First payments carry a 7-day money-back guarantee (full policy: refunds).
