How to connect TikTok
Click Connect TikTok in Settings > Integrations and approve access in TikTok's own sign-in window. Then your video posts can go to TikTok.
Before you start
- A TikTok account you can sign in to.
- Popups allowed for Munshi in your browser, because TikTok's sign-in opens in a separate window.

Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then Integrations. The networks you can connect are listed under Schedule social posts.

Click the TikTok tile, which reads Connect. Its card says TikTok's own sign-in opens in a separate window. The window closes itself once you approve access.

TikTok's sign-in opens in a separate window. Sign in with the TikTok account you want to post to, and approve access. While the window is open, the button in Munshi shows that it is waiting.

The window closes itself. Munshi says Account connected., and the card reads Connected as with your TikTok handle. Drafts you approve publish to this account.

Close the card. The TikTok tile shows your handle with a green dot. The count beside Schedule social posts goes up by one.

Close Settings, click New and pick Video post. TikTok is among the networks, without the plus that marks a network not yet connected. TikTok takes videos only, so a Text post or an Image post does not offer it.
Where you are now
TikTok is connected. Video posts can go to it. Munshi starts bringing in the account's past posts in the background.
If something goes wrong
“Your browser blocked the popup. Allow popups for Munshi and try again.”
Allow popups for Munshi in your browser, then click Connect TikTok again. TikTok's sign-in window could not open.
“The connection was declined or cancelled. Nothing was saved.”
Click Connect TikTok again and approve access. Access was not approved in TikTok's window. The connect window did not finish explains every message the window can end with.
“That account is already connected to another workspace.”
Disconnect it in the workspace that has it, then connect it here. A TikTok account belongs to one Munshi workspace at a time, including your own other workspaces.
