The connect window did not finish

“Your browser blocked the popup. Allow popups for Munshi and try again.” Your browser stopped the connect window from opening. Allow popups for the Munshi site in your browser, then connect again.

On a phone the window opens as a new tab. Finish there, then come back to the Munshi tab.

• “Your Munshi session expired while you were signing in. Sign in to Munshi, then connect the account again.” Your Munshi sign-in ended while the window was open. For example, you signed out in another tab.
• “That connection attempt has expired. Start the connect again from Integrations.” A connect attempt lasts 30 minutes. Starting another connect also replaces the one before.
• “That connection step expired. Please reconnect.” The list of Pages or profiles to choose from is no longer waiting. For example, another connect may have started. Connect again.

• “The connection was declined or cancelled. Nothing was saved.” Access was not granted on the network's screen. Connect again and allow the access it asks for.
• “We couldn't confirm which account was connected. Please try again.” The network finished, but Munshi could not tell which account it returned. Connect again.
• “That network returned no pages we can post to.” The Facebook or LinkedIn login you used gave Munshi no Page or profile to post as.
• “That account is already connected to another workspace.” An account can belong to one Munshi workspace at a time, even across your own workspaces. Ask the owner of the other workspace to disconnect it there, then connect it here.
• “Couldn't finish connecting. Please try again.” Munshi could not add the Facebook Page, or LinkedIn profile or Page, that you picked. Try again. If another workspace already uses it, even one of your own, disconnect it there first.

Closing the window stops the connect. Munshi then checks whether the account connected anyway. A network that finished just before you closed it still shows as connected.
