How to import your past posts
On Results, Social, click Import past posts. Munshi brings in up to 100 recent posts a network, so posts from before Munshi are measured too.
Before you start
- A connected account on a network that allows importing: Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok or YouTube.

Click Results in the sidebar.

Click the Social tab. Under See what’s working is the list of posts Munshi measures. It has a filter with a button for each connected channel.

Click the channel in the filter. If it has no posts in Munshi yet, a note says so. Import past posts sits beside the note.

Click Import past posts. It imports for every connected network that allows it, not only the channel you picked. It brings in up to 100 recent posts a network.

Munshi reads one network at a time. It says which network it is reading and how far it has got.

When it finishes, the note reads “Import finished. Measuring those posts now.” The imported posts join the list. Their numbers fill in as each network reports them.
Where you are now
Your past posts are in Munshi and being measured. They show in the Social tab's post list and in your totals on Results, as each network reports their numbers.
If something goes wrong
“Imports are limited to 3 per hour. Try again shortly.”
Wait a little, then click Import past posts again. A workspace can start three imports an hour.
There is no Import past posts on X or Pinterest
Neither network allows importing. For X the list says so: “X doesn't allow importing past posts.” X is coming soon anyway, so there is nothing on it to import yet. Munshi tracks Pinterest pins you publish through it on their own.
The button is missing for a channel
The button shows only for a channel with no posts in Munshi yet. When you connect a network that allows importing, Munshi imports its past posts on its own. Most channels never need the button.
A network was skipped
Reconnect it in Integrations, then import again. An import can't read a network whose connection has expired.
