Your trial: what it includes and what happens at the end

The trial runs 14 days with every feature and no card: 3 articles and 50 posts. See how long is left, and what happens to your work when it ends.

  1. Check how many days are left

    On Home, the Cycle tile counts the days left in the trial. Under it are the end date and the posts used. Upgrade Plan at the bottom of the tile opens the plans.

  2. See the end date and what you have used

    Click the workspace name at the bottom of the sidebar. The Free trial card in the menu shows the day the trial ends, and the articles and posts used so far.

  3. Know what the trial includes

    Click the card to open Plan & billing. The Trial card lists the allowance: 3 blog articles and 50 social posts.

  4. Use every feature, without a card

    The same card lists one brand and Every feature, 14 days, no card. Nothing is held back for paid plans. Nobody asks for payment details to start.

  5. Pick a plan before it ends

    Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly, which gives 2 months free. Then click Upgrade to Founding, or Upgrade to Studio on the Studio card below it. Paddle handles the payment, and your first payment comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

  6. Know what happens when it ends

    Once the end date passes, every page shows Your free trial has ended. with See plans beside it. Munshi stops writing and publishing. Everything else stays readable: drafts, schedules, analytics and every number it tracked.

Where you are now

The trial runs to its end date with everything switched on. Pick a plan before then, and nothing pauses. If it ends first, everything you made stays in the workspace until you choose a plan.

If something goes wrong

“Your free trial ends in 3 days.”

Pick a plan before the trial ends: See plans opens Plan & billing. This reminder shows on every screen in the last three days. If you close it, it stays away until you next open Munshi.

“Your free trial has ended. Pick a plan to keep publishing.”

Pick a plan in Plan & billing, where the badge reads Trial ended, then try again. Nothing is lost. Munshi shows this when you try to write or publish after the end date.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The trial starts when the workspace is created and asks for no card. You pay only when you pick a plan.
