One account per network per workspace
Each workspace connects one account per network, such as one Instagram or one Facebook Page. Here is how to switch accounts, and how to run two.
Each workspace connects one account per network. Connecting another account on the same network replaces the first. Munshi refuses an account that another workspace already uses, even if both workspaces are yours. Pinterest is the only network where this is allowed.
What does one account mean on each network?
Integrations shows one connection per network. Every post sent to that network goes to that account.
- Facebook: one Page, picked in Choose a Page after you sign in.
- LinkedIn: your own profile or one Company Page, picked in Choose an account.
- YouTube: one channel.
- Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky: the account you sign in with.
How do I switch to a different account?
Disconnect the network, then connect again as the other account. A workspace owner does this on Integrations: open the network and click Disconnect. The workspace keeps one slot per network, so it keeps the account connected last.
Check who the browser is signed in as first. Meta offers whichever Instagram account is already signed in. Threads reuses whoever is signed in at threads.com, so sign out there before you connect.
Can the same account be in two workspaces?
No, except on Pinterest. Munshi refuses an account another workspace already uses, even if both workspaces are yours. The message depends on the network:
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Threads: Munshi shows “That account is already connected to another workspace.” The connect window reads Connection not completed.
- Facebook and LinkedIn: you see “Couldn't finish connecting. Please try again.” after you pick the Page or profile in Munshi.
- Bluesky: “That Bluesky account is already connected to another workspace.”
Pinterest does not check. The same Pinterest account can be connected in two workspaces, and both publish to it.
To move an account, disconnect it in the workspace that has it. Then connect it where you want it.
How do I run two accounts on one network?

If something goes wrong
“That account is already connected to another workspace.”
Disconnect the account in the other workspace first, or connect a different account here. Another workspace, maybe one of your own, already publishes to it.
“Couldn't finish connecting. Please try again.”
Check whether another workspace, maybe one of your own, already uses the Page or profile you picked. If so, disconnect it there first. If no other workspace has it, connect again. This applies on Facebook and LinkedIn.
I connected a second Instagram account and the first one is gone
Give the second account its own workspace to use both. A workspace keeps one account per network, so the newer connection replaced the older one.
The picker does not offer the Facebook Page I want
Cancel, connect again, and pick “Edit previous settings” in the Facebook window to grant a different Page. Facebook only offers the Pages you granted last time.
