How many posts you can send

Founding includes 1,000 posts a month and Studio 3,000. Munshi also limits how many posts go to each account per hour and per day.

Founding includes 1,000 posts a month. Studio includes 3,000, shared by up to three workspaces, and the trial includes 50. Munshi also sends at most 25 posts an hour to any one account. The daily limit is 100 on Instagram and Facebook, 25 on Pinterest and 50 on the other networks.

How many posts does each plan include?

Trial: 50 posts.
Founding: 1,000 posts a month.
Studio: 3,000 posts a month, one pool for up to three workspaces.

A paid plan's month runs from your billing date, not from the first of the month. When the posts run out, sending stops. On Founding the message is “You've used all 1000 posts in your plan this month.” Sending starts again when the allowance resets or you upgrade on Plan & billing. Pricing compares the plans.

What counts as a post?

Each network a post goes to counts once. One post sent to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn uses three.
A post counts when you post it or schedule it, not when it goes out. Pinterest is the exception: a pin counts when it goes out.
A post refused when you send it does not count. That holds whether Munshi's checks or the network refused it.
Taking a scheduled post back to drafts returns it to the allowance.

Limits on each account

Munshi also limits how fast it posts to each connected account. This keeps the account below the rate networks treat as spam. These limits apply however much allowance is left. They count at the same moment the allowance does.

25 posts an hour to any one account. The count resets at the top of each hour, UTC.
A daily limit for each account: 100 on Instagram and Facebook, 25 on Pinterest, and 50 on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky. The day resets at midnight UTC.

A post over either limit is marked failed with a message. For example: “You have sent 25 posts to this Instagram account in the last hour, the most Munshi allows to keep the account safe. Try again after 15:00 UTC.” It waits on Social, under Drafts. You can send it again once that time has passed.

If something goes wrong

“You've used all 1000 posts in your plan this month.”

Upgrade on Plan & billing, or wait for the allowance to reset on your billing date. The plan's posts for this month are used up. On Studio the pool is shared, so another workspace may have used part of it.

I scheduled posts for different days and still hit the hourly limit

Schedule the rest after the time the message gives. Posts count in the hour you schedule them, not the hour they go out. So a week of posts to one account in one sitting can reach 25.
