NewInterface
The whole app works on a phone
Every screen now has a phone layout: a top bar and a bottom bar in the order you work, Home leading with the verdict, Calendar opening on the week, Results tables reading as cards, and the composer and Settings as full screen sheets. Tablets have a layout of their own between the two. The desktop layout is unchanged.
ImprovedComposerPublishing
One post to several networks is one row
A draft written once for seven channels now appears as a single row with a pill per channel, and Post all, Schedule all, Edit all and Delete all act across the whole set. Open the row to reach each network's own copy. The list previously drew one row per channel, so a single post looked like seven.
ImprovedNotes
A colour for every notes folder
Folders take a colour tag, so research, drafts and client work are told apart at a glance. Each colour follows whichever theme you are working in.
NewPublishingAccount
The workspace keeps its own clock
Settings now carries a timezone for the workspace, and it governs when a scheduled post goes out. Two teammates in different countries therefore mean the same moment by nine in the morning. Left unset, Munshi continues to follow the browser as before.
FixedAnalytics
A post that will never report says so
A post the network has stopped reporting on, usually because it was removed there, now reads as Unavailable with a note explaining why. It previously stayed at No numbers yet indefinitely, which read as a figure still on its way.
ImprovedPublishing
Munshi stops proposing posts you did not ask for
Munshi no longer proposes social content of its own. The Ideas tab, the weekly batch behind it and the step that turned an idea into a draft per network have been removed, leaving Social as Drafts, Scheduled, Posted and Replies. Writing your own post and having Munshi shape it for each network is unchanged.
NewAnalytics
Report on any period up to a year back
Results is no longer fixed to the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Pick the day a window starts on and every card, chart and export on the page reads the same stretch of time.
ImprovedInterface
A redesign across every screen
Home, Calendar, Results, Blog and Social have been rebuilt to the designer's frames. Each hub now carries one header and one tab track, the main column is centered, and type and spacing stay consistent from screen to screen.
FixedPublishingComposer
Delete a draft you do not want
A post written by mistake, or left behind by a publish that failed, can now be removed from the list. Deleting one copy of a post that went to several networks leaves the others in place, and the row says so before you confirm.
ImprovedBlog
What happens next after an article is approved
Approving an article used to be the end of the page, even though it still needed a cover and a place on your blog. Both now sit under the approval, each one a step away.
ImprovedPublishingAnalytics
The Social page counts the work in front of you
The tiles at the top now read Live, Scheduled and Drafts, each opening the list below it, and the Drafts tile says how many failed. Performance figures stay on Results, where they were already answered.
ImprovedAnalyticsInterface
A clearer read on the Results tables
Rules between rows and columns now line up across the whole table, the posts column no longer crowds the chart beside it, and the notes on how each network counts sit behind an info button instead of printing on every visit.
ImprovedInterface
Report a bug from wherever it happens
The report button now works while a dialog is open, so a problem in Settings or the composer can be captured on the spot rather than after closing it.
NewBlogMediaAccount
A branded cover for every blog post
Munshi now draws a cover image for each article from your workspace colors, logo and font, so nothing publishes without one. Settings holds the brand kit behind it, read from your website when you connect it, with a sample cover showing where each color lands.
ImprovedAccountIntegrationsInterface
Settings rebuilt around what is connected
Settings opens on an overview of what is publishing, scheduling and measuring, with anything still waiting on you at the top. Integrations now groups your blog destination, your networks and your Google connection instead of showing nineteen identical cards.
FixedPublishing
Post a draft straight away, and see the ones that failed
Every draft row carries a Post now action again. A draft whose publish attempt failed stays on the list with its error and a retry, instead of disappearing while the tab count kept counting it.
ImprovedAnalyticsIntegrations
Google Analytics and Search Console open to every workspace
Linking your site traffic and search numbers is no longer limited to a short list of accounts. Any workspace can connect both from Integrations.
ImprovedInterfaceIntegrations
Every service shows its own logo
Networks, blog platforms and analytics tools are drawn with their real marks rather than stand-in icons, so a connection is easy to place at a glance.
FixedWebsite
The privacy policy names the analytics we use
The cookies section now lists both analytics tools running on munshi.social, what each one sets, what we send them and how to switch them off. It previously described a single essential cookie, which had not been true since August.
ImprovedIntegrationsAccount
Disconnecting an account clears the data held for it
Revoking a connection now deletes the readings cached for that account rather than keeping them and carrying the last one forward. Your own drafts and posts are untouched, because those are your content.
ImprovedInterface
A tab left open across an update knows it is out of date
The app checks for a newer version when you come back to the tab and offers a reload. Leaving a tab open for days no longer means quietly running last week's build against today's data.
NewWebsite
Enterprise on the pricing page
Past Studio the plan is shaped in a conversation, and the pricing row now says so. A third card sits beside the two you can buy with a card and leads to a call rather than a checkout.
NewBlogIntegrations
Publish your blog to Ghost
Ghost joins WordPress, Webflow, Framer and Sanity as somewhere Munshi can publish. Create an integration inside your own Ghost admin, paste the key, and articles arrive there as drafts for you to confirm.
ImprovedBlogPublishing
A draft is checked before it reaches your blog
An article that would have landed as one grey block of code, or carried a note the model wrote to itself, is now cleaned up or held back before it publishes. Nothing reaches a reader looking broken.
NewWebsite
A community on Discord
Munshi has a public Discord for questions, feature requests and office hours. It is linked from the footer, the contact page and the docs.
ImprovedWebsite
Blog posts carry their thumbnail across the site
An article's picture now shows on the blog index, on the post itself and on the card that appears when someone shares the link.
FixedBlogMedia
A blog post keeps the image you attached to it
The picture chosen in the Featured Image step is now used when the article publishes. It was being saved and then ignored, so no post could carry a thumbnail through to your site.
ImprovedBlog
One failed step no longer stops a run
When a step in a content run fails, the rest of the run carries on and the failed step waits to be retried. A single hiccup used to end the whole job in silence.
NewAnalyticsIntegrations
Numbers from a directly connected Pinterest account
A Pinterest account linked through its own authorization window now reports impressions and saves alongside the rest of your channels, instead of sitting blank on Results.
FixedPublishingIntegrations
Posts to TikTok and Pinterest report their real status
A post published through a direct connection now confirms whether it actually landed. A Pinterest account also no longer waits behind an unrelated queue for its numbers to refresh.
NewCommunity
Every comment from your networks in one inbox
Comments and replies from each connected account now arrive in a single place. Keeping up with an audience no longer means opening five apps to find out who is waiting.
NewAnalyticsIntegrations
Connect Google Analytics and Search Console
Website traffic and search performance now sit beside your social numbers, so the blog and the feed are measured on the same page.
NewIntegrations
Direct connections for Bluesky, TikTok and Pinterest
Three more networks connect through their own authorization window rather than a hosted hand-off. Fewer steps to set up, and a cleaner link to the account you actually chose.
FixedIntegrationsPublishing
The Pinterest board picker lists each board once
Accounts with boards shared across profiles were seeing the same board repeated in the list.
NewWebsite
Munshi for larger teams
A page covering what changes when marketing is more than one person's job, and how pricing works at that size.
NewBlog
Strategy is a map you can edit
Your brief becomes content pillars, and each pillar becomes keywords you can turn into an article in one click. Renaming, removing and generating all happen on the map itself.
NewPlanning
Today, laid out as a timeline
A marker for where you are in the day, a queue of the things that genuinely need a decision from you, and the week ahead at a glance.
ImprovedInterface
A calmer left-hand navigation
The sidebar collapses to icons when you want the room back, and your account, workspace and settings now live in one menu instead of three places.
ImprovedComposer
One button for anything you want to create
Social posts and blog articles start from the same place, so there is a single answer to the question of where to begin.
ImprovedComposer
A cleaner composer
Clearer separation between the brand you are posting as, the caption you are writing, and the AI actions available while you write.
FixedBlog
Long articles finish generating
Drafts past a certain length could stop partway and return nothing at all. They now run to completion.
FixedInterface
No more blank column beside the editor
An animation was leaving an empty panel open next to the writing area after the page had settled.
ImprovedInterface
The bug report form opens instantly
The screenshot is captured in the background, so telling us about a problem no longer begins with a wait.
NewAccountPlanning
Setup begins by reading your website
Describe the business and Munshi audits what you already publish, so the first session ends with something concrete to react to rather than an empty calendar.
ImprovedInterface
The app reorganized around what you are trying to do
Blog, cross-posting and analytics each have their own home now, with the composer reachable from all three.
ImprovedPublishing
Video posts are confirmed live, not just accepted
Networks accept a video and then process it, and that step can still fail. Munshi now waits for the network's final answer before calling a post published.
FixedPublishing
Delete is no longer offered on a live post
Once a post is published on a network, taking it down there is not something Munshi can do, so the option no longer appears.
NewWebsite
Pricing, features and comparison pages
The pages a buyer actually looks for, including four side-by-side comparisons that say plainly where a competitor is the better choice.
NewWebsite
A resources library on munshi.social
Playbooks on content, SEO and distribution, grouped by topic, with a feed you can subscribe to.
FixedBillingAccount
Each workspace carries its own subscription
A second workspace created under the same email was being tied to the billing of the first.
FixedPublishing
Scheduled posts publish once
Editing a schedule close to its send time could produce a duplicate on the network.
FixedPublishing
Instagram Stories publish as Stories
They were going out as ordinary feed posts.
NewPublishingIntegrations
Choose the Pinterest board a pin goes to
Pins can be sent to any board on the connected account instead of always landing on the default one.
NewNotes
Notes that hold a proper brief
Headings, lists and links, so a note can carry real context for the work rather than a single line of plain text.
FixedComposerMedia
Attaching media to a saved draft works
The upload window was closing itself when it was opened from a draft rather than a new post.
ImprovedBilling
Checkout runs on munshi.social
Payment completes on the domain our provider has approved, which removes a whole category of failures at the final step.
NewBilling
Founding pricing: $15 a month, locked for life
The rate holds for the first 100 members, with Studio at $29 a month for three brands. Both begin with a 14 day trial that does not ask for a card.
NewMediaComposer
Upload video and images up to 1 GB
Files travel straight from your browser to storage, so long-form video for YouTube and TikTok is no longer squeezed through a request limit.
FixedComposer
Closing the composer keeps your work
Saving to drafts is explicit now, and dismissing the window no longer discards what you had written.
FixedComposer
A reworked draft clears its earlier error
Drafts that had failed to generate kept showing the old failure long after they had been fixed.
NewPublishing
Video pins on Pinterest
Pinterest joins the networks that take video, so one clip can go out there alongside everywhere else.
ImprovedBlogPlanning
Long generation runs in the background
Work that takes minutes moved onto a queue you can watch, so a full article no longer means holding a tab open until it finishes.
NewPublishingIntegrations
Choose where your articles publish
WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Sanity, set per workspace, with the formatting converted properly for whichever one you pick.
FixedAnalytics
Analytics stays responsive when the window resizes
A layout loop could lock the tab until it was reloaded.
ImprovedInterface
Background work you can clear
The jobs panel shows what you started and lets you dismiss it, rather than accumulating automatic syncs you never asked to watch.
FixedIntegrations
Choose which Facebook account to connect
The connection was quietly reusing whichever account happened to be signed in at the time.
NewComposer
Generate a caption on any network
The action is available on every network tab, not only the one you started from.
ImprovedBlogPublishing
Articles keep their formatting when they publish
Headings, lists and links survive the trip to your CMS, and images are hosted on your side rather than linked back to ours.
ImprovedMediaComposer
Attach a PDF for LinkedIn
LinkedIn document posts are built from the same media slot as everything else.
FixedIntegrations
Connecting a WordPress site completes
The connection window was failing before it could hand the site back.
FixedPublishing
Publishing works on any WordPress URL setting
Sites left on the default permalink format were being turned away.
FixedBlogPublishing
Publishing tells you what actually happened
A blog publish reported success whether or not the CMS on the other end had accepted it.
NewWebsite
munshi.social written for AI answer engines
Structured data and a plain-text summary of the site, so an assistant describing Munshi works from the facts rather than a guess.
ImprovedComposerPublishing
Reopen a multi-network post as one piece
Edit it per platform, move the schedule, or cancel it, and the change applies to every copy at once.
ImprovedPublishingAnalytics
Live links and results on every published post
Open the real post on the network, see how it is performing, and refresh the numbers without leaving the board.
NewAnalytics
Search Console page performance in Analytics
How individual pages are doing in Google search, next to everything else you are tracking.
ImprovedInterface
Navigation built around the work
Plan, write, publish and track became the shape of the app, in place of a menu that mirrored how we had built it.
NewAccount
Rename a workspace
Workspace names can be changed after the fact, so the name you typed in a hurry does not become permanent.
ImprovedInterface
A permanent home for background work
Generation and syncs report from one docked panel rather than a floating card that sat over whatever you were reading.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages get read
and where visitors get stuck. Nothing loads until you choose.
What each one collects
